Dandan Don Bento
With leftover Dandan noodle topping. Odebu fell in love with this noodle ever since he had it in Tokyo. He has been asking me if I can make it. I made the sauce using tahini, vinegar, soy sauce and doubanjiang(chinese chili paste) topped it on rice with boiled egg and homemade egg rolls.
Meat looks bit too chunky...oh well. Hope Odebu likes it.
