Minced Meat Cutlet aka. menchi-katsu with sweet soy scrambled eggs

 Bento lunch of the day is Menchi katsu with scrambled eggs on rice. My mother for some reason used to call scrambled eggs Charanporan meaning something like irresponsible or lazy. I guess because it's such an easy dish. When I couldn't finish my bowl of rice, she would ask 'do you want me to make some charanporan??'. It is a good egg dish with a hint of sugar and soy sauce.
